We currently use UPS and USPS for shipping orders within the United States. All orders ship within 3-5 business days (with the exception of fabric by the yard, wallpaper, and framed original paintings). Below is a breakdown of how each product is sent:

Fabric by the yard and wallpaper: UPS ground with tracking (signature required)

Samples: USPS Priority Mail with tracking

Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated within 5 business days of your order.

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

At this time, we use USPS and/or DHL Express to ship all international orders, and are able to ship samples and fabric by the yard,and wallpaper. Prior to purchasing, please email beetle@palmorleans.com and we'll be happy to give you a specific shipping quote based on your order and location.

Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

All orders shipped internationally are final sale.

All samples and fabric by the yard, and wallpaper are final.
